Have a look at the capacitors on the motherboard to see if any have bubbled.

Hi All,
I currently have a computer in for repair and it seems to be constantly
rebooting when trying to boot into Windows as usual. However I did try
running in safe mode and it did work, I then tried a reinstall of
Windows but before the setup can resume after the 1st reboot, the
computer then goes back into a reboot loop.
I cannot boot a Ubuntu live environment, but I can run MemTest that
comes loaded on the Ubuntu CDs and this threw up a red box with various
codes going through it, I tried some different memory but the computer
still has a reboot loop.
Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?
Regards
Dan
