Trust me, this is certainly the case for the *entire* NHS (I'm in a position to have 'inside knowledge' for obvious reasons). Virtually every single admin workstation across the entire trust is still running XP with the Win7 migration woefully behind. It's understandable that specialist manufacturer-supplied workstations acting as the control point for several million pound MRI scanners and DNA sequencers might be constrained to running XP but they can be air-gapped and isolated from the network proper. I have customers running industrial plant controller PCs still on Win2k and NT with no problems (with no network access, obviously). The NHS is crippled by the morons running the show at the top, sadly.
