Its for my phone so I don't want any more sticky-out than is necessary. You can get double ended ones with USB on one and microusb on the other but that's just asking to be broken off in use!
 The linux bit is I want a separate drive for the linux (see complete linux loader) so I can get more than 4g for  the vm it will run in for now.
