Yes because the new building won't have any BT telecoms services (out
there at best we get about 1.5Mbit/sec, I swear the phone lines attach to
an exchange about 30 miles away!). Annoyingly our main site (about a mile
away maybe) now has FTTC but it's on a different exchange.
