Stick a button between the first I2C pin and ground, install wiringPi (http://wiringpi.com/) and run this bash script:
#!/bin/bash gpio wfi 8 falling sudo haltand that's all you need. Push the button and it'll shut down - actually, shutdown to standby mode.. You can then remove power, or ... push the button again, and it'll reboot. (The GPU idles, looking at the I2C pins and if one is pulled to ground, it reboots the ARM)
