Genuinely lost me on this one. I think I have strong opinions how to
manage ssh and servers, so I would like to share.
Normally my procedure for setting up sshd is once getting a root
password from my VPS provider, I create my user as root with
http://ix.io/7mz and my pub key http://hendry.iki.fi/id_rsa.pub. Add
myself to wheel, then update sshd_config with PasswordAuthentication No.
Btw I'm switching my VPSes slowly to Archlinux. Systemd FTW ;)
