I don't know if its what you're looking for, but the normal syntax for wiki links in my experience is:
[[page_to_link_to | text to display]]
So the link and the text shown for the link are separated by a pipe.
Hi
does anyone anything about wiki code
There is an error on the wiki
The page
http://exeter.lug.org.uk/wiki/doku.php?id=exeter_lug_meeting_on_internet_relay_chat_virtual_-_tuesday_23rd_april_2013
is meant to link to
http://exeter.lug.org.uk/wiki/doku.php?id=contact
but tries to create a page instead
as in
This topic does not exist yet
You've followed a link to a topic that doesn't exist yet. If permissions
allow, you may create it by using the |Create this page| button.
----
Could someone please look in to this so that the events page for the
next meeting can link to the contact page properly. I don't understand
what is wrong, and don't know enough about wiki code to fix it. Once
the code is working it can be replicated for future meetings
The information on on the WIKI for the meetings because it does not work properly I can't get pages to link together properly which is why grant could not find the information, the contact page is to provide contact information. and is meant to be linked to from the meeting info page.
thanks
Paul
