http://www.sysresccd.orgI have never been in a situation where I think "oh, if only it could ...", because it always can! And I always prefer to update it manually because it's a rescue tool - you have to be 100% confident it's going to work, which you can't be unless you've booted from the exact image before, soon as it's updated there is a (admittedly small) chance something's going to go wrong just when you need it.
