So it looks like it has a dedicated power unit and the tablet takes 19.5V to charge it! (My interpretation of reading that is that the power adapter has a 2nd 5V take-off USB port to let you charge phones, etc. at the same time)
So I'd suggest it's not possibleto charge from a USB port...
