Here, I get offered the option, in the print dialog, to print in reverse
order. Also, when printing multiple copies, I get the option to collate
the output. This is all handled by CUPS. It's possible it's driver
related, but that seems unlikely; Reverse and collate are options that
seem to have universal appeal. Or so it seems to me.
Even acroread, which uses it's own printer dialog, has the option.
