Really easy, it's about a 5 to 10 minute walk to Exwick. Go over the railway lines towards Exwick, you'll come out on a narrow road, turn right, walk to the roundabout, turn left and walk down the road until you come to a shop and tennis court.
It's on Kinnerton Way (not sure of the postcode, hopefully Rick or maybe Trevor Sharp can post that if it isn't already in the LUG mailing list archive).
