A suggestion for a talk that I would like is :

The best way to set up a completely new user on Linux so, they have the fewest problems or issues (bearing in mind there is a good chance they will be converting from Windows).

I imagine everyone has done this but, we have probably all have come up with different things that we do to make it easier for our newbie. And I thought that sharing some of this wisdom may be a good thing.
