Hi,
I am not a Linux developer but, am a long time linux user (Primarily Ubuntu but, also Mandriva and Suse). However, I do have a number of years experience in doing work that seems quite closely related to the type of work that your company does.
I worked for about 9 years for a property management company in London on the design / development of web based management reporting systems. This involved using SQL Server, Excel and Access based tools to migrate data between systems and cleanse / manipulate it. Apart from web based reporting systems, I also designed a data warehouse to migrate some of this data into and data import processes to update the data automatically from other database systems that were used by staff and external clients. This included legacy systems and for those I used a tool called Monarch (
http://www.datawatch.com/ ) to mine and manipulate the data.
I really enjoyed this type of work and would be very keen to take it up again, if I could.
I live within easy reach of Okehampton (Moretonhampstead).
If you think that, apart from your development job opportunities, you may have any openings where my skills may be useful, please do let me know. I can send you my CV for your perusal.
thanks and regards
