No What it really needed for 'beginners' is an iso image, Something to say if windows this is how you make a bootable usb stick.. or if this is linux this is how to make a bootable usb stick..or this is OSX it will give you a list of designer case suppliers for your RPi so you can carry it around and show it people and tell them how good it is and then make the USB stick on the windows machine you can actually work
And then this is the RasberryPI - stick the usb in here turn it on hit key sequence to boot it.
