I get the impression there are a lot of people on this list and similar lists that wish staff would get similar training here. Anyway sounds good to me, if it gets OSS out there to the masses, I am surprised that Russia doesn't do something similar given Putins desire to get Free software and Linux widely used in Russian schools and elsewhere. I think the tide is starting to turn.
