A vulnerability could mean that by merely looking at an email some script is executed that gives crooks remote access to your computer. It is a question of whether people could be bothered to look for such vulnerabilities in SeaMonkey and exploit them. Given the relatively small user base it is quite likely no one will be. But in a corporate environment I wouldn't recommend anyone leaving an application unpatched. No matter how obscure it is.
