If article contains 'Florian Mueller' then ignore.The man is a serious stirrer and will lie through his teeth to cause trouble for linux. Check out groklaw for something nearer the truth. The patent is on linked lists - so thatâs just about every bit of code written in the last 50 years - google will appeal and get it laughed out of court - one it moves from the lower paid-for-law-courts in the states.
