Does anybody have a Debian LENNY install disk that I could beg/borrow please, not the net-install version - it seems they no longer work with the listed UK repositories? Happy to pay for CD/DVD and p&p :) W. Devon - - - - - - - - A GNU/Linux user
http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/dists/lenny/ is still available....It doesn't have to be a UK repo anyway......maybe you have a bad install disk?
An alternative install method is to debootstrap your partition, then chroot it and build the rest from there. That's how I do my Debian installs.
Why not Squeeze? Lenny, is "oldstable" -- The Mailing List for the Devon & Cornwall LUG http://mailman.dclug.org.uk/listinfo/list FAQ: http://www.dcglug.org.uk/listfaq
