Not tried XBMC but have run mythtv since Thursday November 10th, 2005 and I love as do the kids and the wife.
So.. I want to be able to control the little bugger without having toleave the warmth of the duvet, my android devices hold potential here,but I want to be able to play 'stuff' without any real issue..
Ours in the lounge with the server in the cellar under the loungePlays everything I throw at it, DVD's ISO's, avi, HD from BBC, think there is an iplayer plug in, but Ihave not done that yet.
Oh, I forgot to mention one thing.. it needs to be controllable by thewife.. so as simple as possible ;-)
