Greetings, I think it's a good idea to get some predictability into the way we do things, Paignton on 2nd Saturday in each month sounds fine to me. Will the Shoreline be as accommodating as we move towards high season? Ray.
We've not had any major problems before during high season, at least the owner has always been fine with us as we've generally bought food. But there was one occasion where one of the staff got a bit snotty with Tom because his son Peter came in a bit wet and sandy after playing on the beach (which caused us to boycott the Shoreline for a good few months).
Hopefully as the summer draws nearer we might be able to find an alternative venue in Torbay or maybe pop over to the Lighthouse?
We did find one Internet Cafe in Torquay which wasn't too bad, I've found a couple of other places which were possibilities, they just need checking out.
Would be nice if we could find a suitable venue and stick to it if possible, that way if someone comes along we don't have to leave notes up or anything (this has been a problem before at the Lighthouse when no one would let us in, fingers, toes and everything crossed this won't happen again!).
