apart from the mailing address and phone number no, this brings up another point really they need to get that sorted or find one of the young people who are now on the board who can edit web sites to help maintain it, with help from people who have experience so they can learn from real world web editors,
I will try and mention it,

Maybe it would be easier if they had some sort of content
management system (Joomla, Drupal etc) on their site to make
things simpler to edit.
you need to talk to them, however they have had a lot of people say
they will do stuff and let them down, or people working on the
website and for one reason or another stop doing so,ÂÂ like a lot of
things its a lot of commitment. I know people are busy and just
volunteers but at the same time we can't take on too much.
Really though they'd need someone more experienced at setting it
up (nearest thing I've done is setting up e107, which includes
forums etc).
well its an ideal opportunity to learn for someone,
I wonder if we should maybe arrange to touch base with them say
next Friday to go over things and try and come up with some sort
of plan of action (maybe a 3 month plan our something so it's not
rushed).
