Even if it was a good idea, I would far rather they lowered the taxes so that people could get jobs and buy their own...

i take it there may be an article in the press about this, so if there how about writing something back to give information on alternatives

I have been asked to send in an article to the opionion panel on open source in general so will see what i can come up with,  this NEEDS to be done by january 4th

 it would be nice to meet up somewhere between xmas and new year to get a bit of input perhaps
