MS keep reiterating threats to sue all who use FAT , FAT16, FAT32 (or
NTFS)without a licence.
However cost effective, better to go after BigBoys, the raw disc makers,
hence tax paid at source. BigBoys don't want "Lawyer Costs" (greater
than licence fees) of any case and need MS harmony to sell discs to
Computer makers etc.
