Well technically the site is designed on a slope so you can get to what is upstairs in one part of the building by going in another entrance. It is a bit annoying though sometimes having to walk further, although the goods lifts sometimes come in handy for those bits where there is no option but to use the stairs.
The actual products they work with are pretty heavy so they tend to be taken around on forklift trucks.
