Firefox about:config gives me several entries with "/home/srw/mozilla.ps"
print.printer_CUPS/Virtual_Printer.print_to_filename
print.printer_CUPS/HP-PSC-1400.print_to_filename
One can also tweak the print command, so if all else fails a simple
wrapper script could print out it's arguments and then call lpr as per
the config settings. Then you could change it to mangle the settings as
you want them.
i.e. Tweak the config entries with "printer_command" to use something
other than:
lpr ${MOZ_PRINTER_NAME:+-P"$MOZ_PRINTER_NAME"}
