No idea what mailler generates errors like that - or ignores the return-path generated by the list. Probably Microsoft ;-)

Well I looked at their website, mailing address is in Paignton so presumably a legit subscriber. I suspect people who haven't had bounces are those who haven't posted anything since the server in question threw a wobbly.
