We have 8 computers but only 4 work. how many hours would such an event need to run for to justify the drive from north devon. or longer distances, I am aware that a 2 - 3 hour meeting doesn't justify a long long drive, but something like 11 - 3 or 4 would be a good few hours. Let me know and I will see what I can arrange. if we also all chip in a little perhaps we can arrange coffee / tea to be provided, food may be extra, but if need be we can always bring food with us, like we do at the bbqs.
