In October there was a fair amount of press coverage about Devon County Council trying to save £20m. Part of which they intend to do by cutting staff. As a change from proprietary to open source would have long term savings, I would have thought that it would be in the interest of the Unions to push for open source software. Is anyone on the list a member of Unison? Or suggest contacts? The only contact I have is from http://www.devoncountyunison.org.uk/ -- Henry Photocopies or faxes of my signature are not binding.
