I have a creative labs x-fi. It's not an "extreme music" whatever that is, but it is an x-fi. It works on Ubuntu 9.04 and 9.10. I believe support arrived in the 2.6.30something kernels. Cheers, Al.dam, i have kernel 2.6.26, have to see if theres a later one i can use. tnx. bas.
well done Al, updated the kernel to 2.6.27 and reinstalled the drivers and bingo all working o.k.
