http://www.discount-age.co.uk/simplicity_computers/ They use Linux Mint.It's a great idea really, it's simple and just does those every day tasks. Hopefully they will have released the videos under something like Creative Commons (or maybe Free Documentation Licence?) and the interface under the GPL.
