He needs to arrange a course for at least 2 of his sub-contractors and he will also attend. Company by full swing of construction will be about 20 folk with folk in UK, USA, Africa, France all using MS projects to co-relate status and more importantly He will use the 'milestones' for payment from bank so needs to have control of how MS Projects (World Bank specified)gets input /rational/ etc .
