I've personally had not much luck with BT Total Broadband, slow speed, next to useless router and billing issues coupled by a long contract, I wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot barge pole again. I'm just lucky in the respect that because I was getting the broadband for free as my mum worked for BT I can end the contract early now my mum has left BT (the billing error was that we were getting charged when we should have been getting it free, even after they had said they had sorted it they still charged us and cut us off, I was just lucky I had my Virgin Broadband to fall back on).
