Title: Re: [LUG] JPEG -> Movie
Just found that imagemagick does it out of the box — should have looked harder.
The syntax in case anyone is interested.
convert folder/*.jpg movie.mpg
Best regards
Mick

Subject: [LUG] JPEG -> Movie
Hi All,
Sad I know but I’ve been monitoring the growth of various plants including chilli’s and tomatos using a webcam attached to a pc running ‘motion’ (it’s a cool piece of software that takes a still every time a defined amount of change occurs in the frame).
I now have a couple of months of jpeg images and it would be great to be able to stitch these images together into a movie. Can anyone recommend something that will take a few folders worth of jpegs and make an mpeg for example.
Best regards
Mick
