As far as "top posting" is concerned - it can be annoying. Especially if the established etiquette is to bottom-post... but that, for me, is mostly because it can get confusing when someone top-posts a reply and then gets bottom-post replied to themselves. The conversation bounces from top to bottom to top again. Very confusing and unnecessary.
