A tool that allows them to keep their firewall and still let > you remote-in to their machine is a plus. well you could just use VNC with tunnelling (its got a port80 mode) - or anything with tunnelling - no need to go to a new untried possibly so leaky that they'd prefer a hole in their firewall if they new what they were taking on...
