You should be able to do it with a 1GHz VIA processor - some of the systems have on-board mpeg decode and TV out, and I think there are drivers for it all now. I'll see if I can find out the processor used in the ReelBox... http://www.reelbox.co.uk as it's a friend of mine in Bristol that's the disty for them...
