I reserve that for spammers :) As I've said, I don't think it's the shop's fault here - I think there is opportunity for someone to go to te shop and have a friendly chat with them - and if that someone can sell them a proper domain (or take over their existing one) and do them a good website, and at the same time advise them about open source with sample CDs of Open Office, GIMP, etc. then it's a start... Much as we may not like it, there are shops out there who sell XP, etc. but if we can make a start by educating people about the userland side of things, it's better then nothing...
