Hi folks,
I've just seen this on The Register...
http://www.reghardware.co.uk/2009/03/13/review_networking_solwise_mobile_router/
It's a review for a 3G 'travel' wireless router. It's a compact little
unit that has two Ethernet and two USB ports. The idea is you can
connect in a broadband connection (presumably from a cable modem, ADSL
router or hotel Ethernet connection) and also a mobile broadband USB
dongle and it'll switch between the connections automatically. Being a
travel adaptor too it's small enough to chuck in a laptop case and take
with you.
I could see the benefit of something like this to provide a backup
connection if your primary connection went down for any reason and at
£60 it doesn't seem that bad in price.
