That error is a normal NetBIOS error (One of those Microsoft "features"), is this the error code on the BSOD, or just the last thing in the event log? Does it not produce an "Error-Code" in the BSOD output? As that would be the first thing to check. Disabling NetBIOS over TCP/IP might be worth trying, should get rid of this error, but probably won't fix the BSOD. If memtest86+ checks out okay maybe it is time to install a newer OS?
