That's my pet hate too. I have Thunderbird set-up to thread the list and it is annoying when people hijack a thread for something totally unrelated. Topics such as 'XYZ {was ABC)' I can live with as they are extending a current discussion but 'How to create a robotic Tux' suddenly morphing into 'Anyone want to buy a cat?' is annoying. Yes that is fictional as I didn't want to appear to pick on anyone by choosing an actual example :) Kind regards, Julian -- The Mailing List for the Devon & Cornwall LUG http://mailman.dclug.org.uk/listinfo/list FAQ: http://www.dcglug.org.uk/linux_adm/list-faq.html
