Damned if I know... :) I have been very happy with Vonage: once I increased the quality from medium to high. Which is one reason why I am looking at moving over to VoIP. However she is not: I think the problem is talking to mobiles. I have pointed out that mobiles normally have worse reception but when she dials the same number over a landline then all is well. So this Christmas I am going to see what I can do to improve voice (and cut my telephone bill..) -- Henry Photocopies or faxes of my signature are not binding.
