The kind of tool I'd like for laptops would be one which would manage only the "wireless extensions". Being able to put up a dialogue of the form "I can see these wireless networks. But don't know the keys I need to connect to them. Do you?". But it's actual real job is to ensure anything listed in /etc/openvpn/*.conf is reachable... AFAIK Network Manager cannot do this. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFI/kIisoRLMhsZpFcRAkV5AJ4r43PsZ1Dm2zOBZZ1Az8uJg6zPLgCgjjLE vaFZNF0VnkIsSjpPVVFZkn4= =+EZl -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- The Mailing List for the Devon & Cornwall LUG http://mailman.dclug.org.uk/listinfo/list FAQ: http://www.dcglug.org.uk/linux_adm/list-faq.html
