I picked up a Samsung Colour Laser/Scanner/Copier for about £170 (toners are about £15 per colour). You might be worth looking at A3 laser printers but I'd guess you'd be probably looking around a grand, and that's without scanning facility. http://www.ebuyer.com/product/112337 I can vouch for these printers, they're pretty good.
