To add to the confusion they are only "Virgin Media" if you are a
residential customer. On the business side they still appear to be
either "Telewest" or NTL. (With "Eurobell" still making an appearance in
Ofcom's telephone number assignments list.)

Not just bad, but strange in that there can be different behaviour
between addresses in the same IP block.
