To make OO run faster Tools -> Options -> Memory then set up as under:- No of steps = 20 Graphics Cache = 128 mb Mem per object = 20 mb Make sure that Quickstarter is checked although I find that the last item does not stay checked. I have done that in my version (2.0.4) and I find that it takes about 4 seconds to start for the first time each session. After that, restarting is almost instantaneous.
