I've had VirtualBox installed on 32 bit and 64 bit AMD processors, both running Mepis (Debian based). Both work well running Windows XP, so that I no longer have a native Windows install. I wrote a post to the DCLUG on the problems I had originally and what I did to cure them. I've installed several times since then with no problems.
