Hi We have used Asterisk for a couple of years now at work but I still have some issues with it. Just wondering if there was going to be an expert on Asterisk at this meeting, or if it was a try it and see workshop. My main issues that I haven't been able to resolve are: the dial plan, How to detect if the SIP phone has call forwarding enabled/do not disturb as this causes problems with groups of users, then causes loop problems. Also we use ISDN 2e which sometimes gets echo problems, this causes touch tone problems when using auto mated support lines, as the tones bleed together and fail to be recognised when pressed. How do you debug echo issues?
