If you don't already have it, get the Firebug extension:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1843

If you're doing any sort of _javascript_ work, it's the single most useful tool you can have. I'm not sure how anyone was able to develop _javascript_ before it came along.


I'll try and have a closer look at your problem a little later on and see if I can spot the difficulty.
