[LUG] Article saying Microsoft (Germany) is women-friendly and why.

came to the same conclusion as the relatively unbiased corporate consulting firm, 
McKinsey: Companies with a blend of male and female senior executives are more 
successful, both economically and in terms of their corporate culture. According to 
the studies, the companies with the most women in senior management achieved a 
return on equity that was up to 53 percent higher than those without women in 
top-ranking positions.
