[LUG] slow flash sound

Hi

Does anyone else get slow sound through flash? I'm using flash 9 with
firefox for a webcam site and teh sound is slow and choppy. Poeple
listening to me get a sound liek the chipmunks.

It seems other have had this online but no solutions.

Any ideas?

I know it's not the site or my connection because Windows works fine.
